Welcome to The Angel’s Place Ministry at First United Methodist Church of The Colony. This is a respite care program for children with disabilities, their siblings & their parents/caregivers.
Our mission is to provide a fun, wholesome & safe environment for these Angels while their parents/caregivers enjoy some well deserved free time to relax (going to dinner, to a movie, etc.) This ministry begins Oct. 6, 2007 & will be available the 1st Saturday evening each month from 5:30pm-9:30pm. The Angels’ Place is open to our community free of charge upon completion of the application & interview process. Family interviews will begin Sept. 6, 2007.
